Senior Manager, Maintenance (Aalborg)

Workplace will be our headquarter in Aalborg and reference will be to COO, Transition Pieces.

We build a green future together with someone who can:

• Implement a new maintenance system.
• Lead a highly skilled team of personnel supporting our production with equipment (electrical / mechanical) as well as facility maintenance.
• Oversee various maintenance projects, from planning to execution.
• Be financial responsible for both capacity cost and capex investments within the area of responsibility.
• Manage maintenance contractors and plant hire resources and monitor associated cost.t

As part of the team, we expect you to:

• Have a technical background either mechanical or electrical i.e. Engineer.
• Have minimum 5 years of experience with production plant maintenance or similar.
• Be an open and honest communicator with excellent leadership skills.
• Actively support the Operations team with timely information of potential production stops and mitigating actions.
• Be solutions orientated.
