You will as Project HSE Manager play an important role in securing that our projects have health, safety and environment as a top priority in all stages of the projects.

  • Collaborate very closely with our international customer and sub-supplier HSE representatives.
  • Drive and manage all aspects within HSE work in large scale production processes.
  • Facilitate a high safety culture within projects.
  • Secure communication with stakeholders and collaborate closely with the project management team
  • Be responsible for continuous HSE improvements in projects and our operation processes.
  • Be part of our internal audit team
  • Participate in Tender Reviews
  • Participate in our continuous efforts improving our Management System

As Project HSE Manager you will be the responsible person in your projects supporting the project team in all HSE aspects.

We need an HSE for HQ in Aalborg and an HSE for Lindø. Your reference will be to HSE Director. Expect to travel approx. 30-40 days per year.

As part of the team, we expect you to:

  • Take ownership
  • Align our customer’s expectations with Bladt’s safety culture and business processes and thereby ensure a healthy and safe execution of projects.
  • Have extensive knowledge about ISO45001 and ISO14001
  • Preferably have experience working with a risk-based approach
  • Preferably have experience and knowledge about Safety 2 and Safety Differently
  • Be empathic and able to challenge colleagues and customers towards a healthy and safe environment
  • Facilitate HSE Workshops and monthly HSE meetings
  • Be fluent in English and Danish
