HR Coordinator (Aalborg/Lindø)

Specifically, we are looking for individuals who want a newly created position focusing on operational HR by supporting the operation with administrative tasks and ensuring structure.

We build a green future together with someone who can:

  • Ensure structure and maintenance of data in our new HR system
  • Compile job adverts, employment contracts, addendums etc.
  • Support the continuous update of policies, processes and employee handbooks
  • Run the administrative proces around salary regulations, engagement surveys etc.
  • Participate in the continuous development of HR projects
  • Manage different administrative ad hoc tasks

Reference will be to Head of HR and you will be part of a dedicated HR team consisting of 5 colleagues. Workplace can be either Aalborg or Lindø.

As part of the team, we expect you to:

  • Have experience from a similar role
  • Have a basic knowledge about employment law
  • Be proactive, service minded, detail oriented and structured
  • Be fluent in English and Danish

Your educational background could be within HR, but it is not crucial as we attach more importance to your work experience. It will be an advantage if you have experience from a manufacturing company and have knowledge about the Industrial Agreement.
