Project Quality Manager (Aalborg/Lindø)

Specifically, we need you as our new Project Quality Manager in our QA Department to play an important role in our transformation towards a process driven company and in the implementation of a new Business System.

  • Participate in Tender Reviews
  • Collaborate very closely with our project team, international customer QA representatives and our sub-suppliers QA and QC representatives
  • Drive and manage all aspects within QA work in large scale production processes
  • Facilitate a high-quality culture within projects by a close collaboration with our QC colleagues
  • Secure a high communication with relevant stakeholders
  • Be responsible of continuous quality improvements in projects and in our operational processes
  • Be part of our internal audit team
  • Participate in our continuous efforts improving our Management System

As Project QA Manager you will be the responsible person in your projects supporting the project team in all QA aspects.

Your work site can be either Aalborg or Lindø and you will report to our QA Director. Expect to travel approx. 30 days per year.


As part of the team, we expect you to:

  • Have experience in the management of non conformaties NCR, containment corrective and preventive actions and compose Rootcause analylisis and 5 x Why 8D
  • Perform and implement Lessons learned
  • Involve all stakeholders within your projects and in Bladt in general
  • Align our customer’s expectations with Bladt’s quality culture and business processes and thereby ensure a high product quality and a smooth execution NCR’s and other challenges
  • Have extensive knowledge about ISO9001 and preferably ISO1090 and ISO3834
  • Preferably have experience working with a risk-based approach
  • Be empathic and in a proactive and result oriented way challenge Bladt colleagues and customers towards a high quality environment
  • Have experience in working in a process thinking organization
  • Have knowledge within APQP4Wind
  • Be fluent in at least English and Danish (both oral and written)
