Transport Manager (Aalborg/Lindø)

Specifically, we need you who want a job with a focus on handling internal transportation at our sites in Aalborg and Lindø (Odense), as well as participating in the loading and unloading of ships and barges in collaboration with the project team.

We build a green future together with someone who can:

  • Manage the personnel management of the transport team with a focus on well-being, development and motivation
  • Coordinate crane driving and optimization of do
  • Coordinate SPMT and truck driving via both internal and external resources.
  • Ensure the preparation of RAMS in collaboration with QHSE and the production team  
  • Participate in negotiations with external suppliers
  • Together with the maintenance department, ensure that equipment maintenance is carried out according to applicable regulations

As part of the team, we imagine that you:

  • Have experience in heavy transport
  • Have experience with load calculations
  • Have an engaging leadership style and an open-minded and inclusive personality
  • Have the ability to establish a strong collaboration within your own team and with other departments, especially ensuring a culture where high motivation and improvements are in focus every day
  • Have solid knowledge of HSE and practice this in everyday life
  • Has knowledge of crane lifting and SPMT driving
  • Have knowledge of equipment maintenance
  • Have good written and spoken English skills
