HR Partner (Aalborg/Lindø)

Specifically, we are looking for individuals who want a newly created position focusing on running and further developing a professional and proactive HR agenda across Bladt Industries.

We are currently working on getting the HR function even closer to the operation and you will as HR Partner be responsible for one or more elements of our organization’s HR agenda.

We build a green future together with someone who can:

  • Be an active partner for discussion for managers and employees in HR related topics
  • Identify need for organizational development and manage resource planning in close collaboration with managers in the departments that you are responsible for
  • Manage the recruitment process from a-z
  • Support the development of internal or external competence development programs for managers and employees
  • Run and facilitate activities related to the HR annual wheel, e.g. performance activities, engagement surveys, salary regulations etc.
  • Participate in the continuous development of HR projects and - processes

Reference will be to Head of HR and you will be part of a dedicated HR team consisting of 5 colleagues. Workplace can be either Aalborg or Lindø.

As part of the team, we expect you to:

  • Have solid experience from a similar role
  • Have good knowledge about employment law
  • Be proactive, dynamic, structured and business oriented
  • Be able to set things in motion
  • Be a good listener and build trust around you and your professionalism
  • Be fluent in English and Danish

Your educaional background could be within HR, but it is not crusial as we attach more importance to your work experience. It will be an adcantage if you have experience from a manufactoring company and have knowledge about the Industrial Agreement.
