QC Manager (Lindø)

Specifically, we need you who want a job where you are a playing coach with focus on leadership, who, together with your team and in close interaction with the rest of the organization, ensures that the quality requirements are met as the fabrication progresses.

We build a green future together with someone who can:

  • Lead QC Inspectors with a focus on well-being, development, and motivation
  • Actively participate in inspections when needed
  • Ensures that the quality requirements of the different projects are maintained in production via the necessary inspection
  • Creation of welding lists in weldeye for traceability
  • Coordinate NDT
  • Collaborate and plan inspections with customer according to contractual requirements. 
  • Selection of welding procedure for specific tasks
  • Preparation of welding procedures in close cooperation with responsible welding coordinator

As part of the team, we imagine that you:

  • Are a Welding Specialist (EWS/IWS), Welding Inspector (EWIS/IWIS) or Welding Coordinator ready for the next step
  • Have an engaging leadership style and an open-minded and inclusive personality
  • Have an ability to establish a strong collaboration within your own team and with other departments, especially ensuring a culture where high motivation and improvements are in focus every day
  • Ability to create overview and structure
  • NDT VT2 certified
  • Experience with quality work, preferably from the offshore industry
  • Experience with EN 1090, EN ISO 3834 and preferably DNV-OS-C401
  • Have a good understanding of drawings
  • Fluent in Danish and English (both oral and written)
